Federal-clearance facility rules change how rack gets designed and installed:

• SCIF-adjacent rack separation: Rack rows serving SCIF-adjacent storage can't cross the SCIF envelope. We design rows entirely outside or entirely inside, with bay numbering that matches the tenant's security zone plan.
• Cleared installer coordination: Many Arlington defense contractors require background-cleared installers on-site. We maintain installers with active clearances and coordinate visitor control through the facility security officer.
